Together with our members

Under Seiko Group’s fundamental corporate philosophy of “A company that is trusted by society,” we place great importance on the principles of integrity, trust, and appreciation, and aim to maximize our presence as a “mother factory” for Seiko Watch Corporation. Also, with the motto of “nurturing people, cultivating technology, developing skills, learning by oneself, and acting by oneself” as our action guidelines, we will continue to work toward the creation of new value for Morioka Seiko Instruments Inc. We not only promote active participation of women in the workforce, as a matter of course, we also strive to create an environment where our personnel can work with peace of mind while maintaining their work-life balance.
